My speculation?

River Song? Doomed.

Donna? Eventually doomed.

Library patrons? Saved to flash memory.

CAL? Brain the size of (the core of) a planet who likes doing draw-rings.

Moffat? Made of win. He likes the scary and saving everybody. I think the patrons are safe.

I think River might not be.

Odds on Donna lasting past the season finale? Lowering all the time ever since she dropped the ANVIL of DOOM : "I want to travel with you forever!"

There's a lot of neat stuff hidden away in that episode. I don't think it's a coincidence that they landed in biographies for example.
