My speculation?

River Song? Doomed.

Donna? Eventually doomed.

Library patrons? Saved to flash memory.

CAL? Brain the size of (the core of) a planet who likes doing draw-rings.

Moffat? Made of win. He likes the scary and saving everybody. I think the patrons are safe.

I think River might not be.
