Serenity didn't win a damn thing. This is not surprising, as it was not nominated. Still, a boy can dream.

Yeah, they kinda have a tendency not to nominate films that don't mean a damn thing if you've not seen the entirety of a TV show first...

Well, and the fact that Fox probably didn't spend a damn cent promoting it to the members of the academy for nominations. That probably didn't help.

Or whoever the hell produced and/or distributed the film. I don't remember. I seem to remember it NOT being Fox.
