The Semi-Annual Top 25 List
Aug. 28th, 2005 02:43 amYeah, I can't sleep, so I'm whipping up my (belated) Semi-Annual Top 25 Favorite Movies list. Every six months (on my birthday and half-birthday), I shift, re-order, and update my list of my 25 favorite movies ever made. The only qualifying factor is that I must have the film on either VHS or DVD. Movie downloads do not count (sorry, Rosencrantz, Guildenstern).
This year's list, under the cut is presented in the following format:
#) Title of Film (Director, Year of Release) {#-Rank Six Months Ago}
1) Brazil (Gilliam, 1985) {1}
2) Harold and Maude (Ashby, 1971) {3}
