Feeling Better Somewhat
Aug. 6th, 2007 05:01 pmHave my voice back, yay. Still feeling a little gross, though. Bleh. Also been a bit down, but I'm chalking it up to a mixture of post-illness and post-Con depressions.

Aug. 4th, 2007 12:57 pmActually, things are slightly better. I have three usable voice pitches -- Darth Vader, Paul Robeson, and Vigo the Carpathian, although none are very comfortable. Still, I can use the phone again if necessary, go me. My normal conversational voice still comes out as a pained squeak, though, so I'm letting things rest for another day.

I've been doing battle with a viral infection thingy since Tuesday. It was looking like I was winning, but the virus wasn't having any of that. So it called up the Gentlemen and had my voice stolen while I slept.
Good thing I have all those left over steno pads from Con with which to communicate my frustration.
