It's really weird to see how they manufactured a quote like that from what's essentially a negative review (http://classic-horror.com/reviews/circusfear.shtml). The first two-thirds are in the final paragraph, and the "chock full of twists" appears somewhere in the middle.

Not that I mind. Mangle away, folks!

They don't actually. Much like I don't have to inform the studios when i'm reviewing their films. Fair use laws and all.

But you'd think they would anyway, even after the thing was published.
