Last night I had to stay at my mother's place.
Because it's 90 degrees in my apartment right now. What's worse is, it's 71 or below everywhere else in Phoenix. The heating system's been cranked on full blast (from what I can surmise, it thinks its trying to cool the place down - the temperature keeps rising, so it keeps cranking out more full blast air) and I was pretty whacked out from heat exhaustion yesterday.
I won't be online very much until the situation is resolved (and its looking like a loooong time before it is).

* more time spent naked
* no need to envision story set in Deep South, with sultry humidity ; merely head into the den
* need a light? paper will eventually catch on fire itself
* can go outside and enjoy cool, 86 degree weather
* In Soviet Russia, you warm apartment
In all seriousness, best of luck! I know how warmness can feel.
