I missed the deadline for registering to vote by mail by one day, I think. Otherwise, making sure I was at least registered was one of the first things I did before moving.

The deadline to register to vote by mail in Los Angeles County is November 1st. It's probably the same in San Francisco.

Oops, now that I have some caffeine in me, I remember that I missed the deadline to get the election info electronically. I do know that I'm registered since I got the confirmation postcard.
