Date: 2015-08-17 08:41 pm (UTC)(So, what's up with MS, NV, PA, and SC? Do they actually regulate this stuff, or do they just want some sort of state registration and it's too much of a PITA for them to do?)
Personally, I'm praying for the miracle of more eps like this. I'm sure I've got a dollar bill around here somewhere.... ;-)
