It's a single incident, but it's still disconcerting - Judge: Parents can't teach pagan beliefs. A judge in the Marion County (Indiana) Superior Court ruled that parents can't teach their child "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals" like Wicca. Outrageous.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and clearly a violation of the First Amendment. This jackass should be removed from the bench. How does he even think he can get away with something this obviously illegal? Absolutely un-freaking-believable.

What? How? Why? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought in the US, the parents were the only ones who could determine what religions a kid growing up could choose.
