Notes: This is all the fault of

fan_eunice -- all of it. Originally my concept here was to just take the chorus of the song, put it on a loop, and make lulzy vid about how wee tiny Drew Barrymore is young and setting things on fire.

Then then then. Then I had to be in IRC with Eunice having conversations about how to effectively give people feels in vids. And then I watched Firestarter (which I had not seen since I was wee tiny myself) and... ugh. It hit all my emotional buttons around parent-child relationships. Stupid movie making me feel stuff. Stupid baby Drew and her baby face crying baby tears making me want to scoop her up and hold her. Stupid David Keith trying to be the best dad he can in a bad situation.

So. I went forth and did both. Feels and kind of funny literalism. Hopefully if one doesn't work the other does.

Anyway, the reason that I made a Firestarter vid at all is that

fan_eunice was my freakin' rock throughout Festivids and really kept me going. I wanted to give something back.

I did this entire vid in 12 hours? Feels are a powerful motivating force.
