Notes:
Premiered at Vividcon 2011.

This... I have no explanation for this. Up until the day Premieres videos were due, I was convinced I wasn't going to make anything. And then I did. I took the entire vid from concept to upload in a five hour period. With that in mind, there are a lot of things that don't work here and some things that shouldn't work,  but apparently do (according my awesome betas [personal profile] echan , [livejournal.com profile] diannelamerc ). I like what I managed in this short span of time and it was nice to get back to the kind of wholesome crack vid that was my thing three years ago.

Incidentally, this is my 20th vid (18 of which are now online, one of which is not because of Youtube content restrictions, and another which is exclusive to this year's Apocalypse West reel).

OK, I loved this!!! Also- is that actually Gremlins 2? It's been a million years since I've seen either of those movies.

Vidding brains baffle and astound and amaze me.

Most of the vid is Gremlins 2, because that's the more cracktastic of the films.

You are not alone in your bafflement. I sometimes look at those vidders who are much better than me and say, "How did you... with the... what... how are you even possible?!"

You are right. That shouldn't really work, but you've managed to make some awesome pairings between lyrics and footage, with some great callbacks to the Muppets intro.

This was super cute! I loved the Gremlins parading in time with the music. And the clip associations were too cute and perfect with the makeup, dress and torture. I love how the Gremlins both don't fit the music and yet fit it perfectly (and I think it improves the music as I'm not a Muppet person). I loved them spinning around to the music and being all musical to it. It all fit wonderfully!

Thanks for the detailed comment! Detailed is my very favorite kind of comment.

I had a lot of fun making this, so I am very glad that you liked it.

Although I'm not parsing the "not being a Muppet person" thing.
