Yeah, yeah, huge flist faux pas to point at an old entry huffily and say, "Well? Did you see it?" However, I really would like to see some more responses to the rant meme so I can really go off. Seriously. I need this. I haven't gotten my snark on in ages and the withdrawal's startin' to get nasty.

About six hours (plus the two I grabbed immediately after work). Nothing special, but better than nothing.

Six hours isn't bad. If you can do that every night, you'd be set. Once you catch up on what you missed, at least.

Have you ever taken tai-chi, or any other meditative martial art? We actually had it as a course at UF, it was pretty cool. Definitely helped clear my mind.

I haven't. It's definitely a thought. I could use a little meditative workout, not to a tighter control over my rather gangly limbs.
