F'd up dream last night...
Jul. 17th, 2006 08:22 amNapoleon Dynamite shot Gregory Peck in the chest with a double-barreled shotgun.
It was like a 1970s medical thriller. Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn were a doctor and a nurse in a psychiatric ward. There were crazy people, of course, and some of them were rich. Napoleon Dynamite came in and looked into the ward, knowingly. Later, the crazy people disappeared. Like, you would turn and they just wouldn't be there.
Cary Grant enlisted the help of senior doctor Gregory Peck, and all of them drove out to the remote rural town where Napoleon lived. They got into his house and found all the patients, completely naked, in the basement. They were all happy and seemingly sane. The women were all married to Napoleon, and the guys had signed over all their material wealth to him. They all looked up to him and respected him. Then Napoleon said, "You're not ruining my plans. Gosh!" and pulled out the double-barreled shotgun.
The chase was long and hard, but Gregory Peck tripped over the only root in the only patch of trees in the otherwise barren dusty town and Napoleon shot him in the chest, killing him. Cary Grant and the nurse, now played by Justine Bateman, hurried into the car. Grant started it and turned it around, but not before Napoleon fired a shot that shattered the back window and grazed the side of Justine's head, spilling blood all over the backseat.
Years later, government agent Veronica Mars is hunting down Napoleon. She chases him through a go-kart course, a tennis court, over basketball bleachers (which autodescended as they ran down them), and finally through a rich looking penthouse where the dream suddenly stopped while Napoleon and Veronica ran out of frame. See, this is the penthouse of Bill Clinton and Hillary. We see a little of their domestic life -- breakfast with grapefruit juice, before they hear the alarm bell. Veronica has cornered Napoleon in the basement. Bill and Hillary are very worried about this, and rush downstairs.
It seems that they've commandeered one of the community squash courts for their gigantic marijuana plants, and they don't want them discovered. Unfortunately, that's exactly where Napoleon has run -- and Veronica has called for backup (not the dog). Suddenly, the place is filled with ATF agents, including
qkellie's husband. Bill and Hillary try to talk their way out of the pot issue, stating its for diplomatic/political purposes and they are therefore immune. The feds don't buy it, so Bill walks to the janitor and whispers something to him. The janitor strides over to the agents and announces that the issue is Napoleon, the Clintons are not under suspicion, and that this isn't the pot they're looking for. Move along.
The feds arrest Napoleon, leaving the Clintons with their ganja plants. And then I woke up.
