Dell's policy is very strict. Returns must be made within 21 days and you must return the product (here's where it gets a bit loony) unopened. Apparently you have to divine whether it's faulty or not. Beyond that, Dell's so confident in their customer service and support that they'll replace individual parts for as long as you're covered. I am so extending my warranty.
