jetpack_monkeyYou know the deal, first sentence of the first entry of the month for every month of the year. I'm pulling from public entries for the most part, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't paying attention for all months.
January: Back when I was living in Iowa City, before I had to start selling off massive chunks of my video collection just to pay the rent, I had a really neat way of ordering my videos (yes, this is where I show that I really am the son of a librarian).
February: I'm staying at Mom's this week, watching her dogs while she's in Long Beach, CA at a conference for medical librarians.

azurelunatic requested "coffeehouses," and so I oblige.
April: Man, usually I come up with something at least sort of clever for April Fool's, but this year I'm plumb out of ideas.
May: I have returned from Los Angeles, city of strange urban planning.
June: This is not my best day ever.
July: Flamingturtleneck.net is up and running once again!
August:seeshellirun tagged me, and so I must meme.
September: Since I have no idea when else I can use an icon as twisted as this...*
October: In September of 2005, one geek with entirely too much time on his hands disappeared in a theater in downtown Phoenix, while watching Serenity.
November: ...wow.
December: That having pizza is a lovely thing on a Thursday-that-is-my-Friday after three hours of the increasingly headscratch-y Farscape Season 4.
