I sincerely hope the Alice Guy-Blaché request makes it past nominations/disputes. In the past, having a shared narrative seems to have been an unwritten rule about what qualifies as a Festivids fandoms (which I suspect is why actor RPF has been a thing, if lives=narrative, even if the eventual vids aren't really RPF).

I would love to see some director-based fandoms allowed (since that's kind of my personal vidding kink) and I think someone like Alice would be the perfect icebreaker for that.
