Opinion needed, re: Mass Effect 3 add-ons

jetpack_monkeyJust got a $20 credit from the Playstation 3 store. Yay! I'm going to use it to buy some Mass Effect 3 DLC, but I need opinions on which to purchase.
My options are as follows:
Oh, also I am through the Geth/Quarian missions now. It feels like I'm very close to the end, so I wouldn't mind some additional buttkicking before the experience is over (mind you, I will probably just start the whole trilogy over with a male Shepard, even though the game's story is far far far more interesting with a female hero).
