I'm really sorry to hear that *hugs* I know how teachers can be amazing at inspiring kids. I remember when I was in high school, one of my teachers who I really liked died and it was so shocking to me.
You described the whole middle school/junior high experience really well. I'm sorry you had to go through all that but I'm glad you found a teacher who supported you.
