jetpack_monkeyI can't sleep, so I meme. For those just tuning in, this is a good introduction to what I do occasionally when I get the time or compunction to write:

Empty Veins (Buffy):
Actually written in 2004, but not published publicly until later, this is a short little tidbit I wrote as a sort of alternate perspective on the events of Airawyn's The Quartet: Hunt for the Chraka Rathklo a neat little Xander & Trio AU that you really need to check out.
Eating Lunch with Jonah (Alias):
My first non-Buffy/Angel fic, written specifically so that I could say I'd written a non-Buffy/Angel fic. Not bad, for what it is.
To the Last (Doctor Who '05):
I was really, really bored at work. People seem to have responded to this one in an okay fashion.

Parker Abrams and Tucker Wells Aren't Dead (Buffy):
Weird little minor character fic that's blowing up to epic-for-me proportions. Already up to some 40 pages on it, only some of which has made onto the Interwebs. Given that most of my fic fits on 2-3 lined pages in my fic notebook, this is damned impressive. Also scary, which is probably why I haven't touched it since May.
Full Text Search (Part One & Part Two) (Angel):
I actually have Part Three written. I keep threatening to type it up for beta-ing, but I never get around to it. Another fic that's starting to get lengthy-for-me. I estimate this one will cap at 10,000 words, when/if I finish it.
I'm really looking forward to 2006. I want to get off my lazy ass and just write some good fics, finish the ones I've started, etc. My only problem is that I *hate* writing. Hate it. I love having written, though. It's a terrible curse, really.
