We can be leaning against the Berlin Wall drunk off our rearends...

While most of my flist meshes with [livejournal.com profile] veggiebelle's significantly, I would be remiss not to announce my involvement in an exciting new project ("Heroes") with [livejournal.com profile] airawyn, Veggiebelle, and SoulVamp. It's a multi-format fanfiction consortium, picking up the pieces of "Buffy" and "Angel" and creating a new cast, a new future, a new season of adventures.

I'm really excited to be taking part in this. It's a new kind of storytelling in a lot of ways, and it will really be a great way to develop my mad writin' skillz.

So, yes, come visit. Bookmare http://heroes.councilofwatchers.com and tune in every week on Tuesday for exciting new stories.

That's ... wow. I really gotta say, something looks familiar about this. Not just the post, but the format.

I'd be happy to discuss this with a real person.

That wasn't me, but I suspect it's one of the several people who are feeling rather hurt and confused at the moment. This was announced poorly.

I know who it was, no worries.

Ah, I'm going to assume that's a link to a similar sort of project. As my computer is all melty, and I have such a limited amount of time here at the library, I don't have time to really explore.

Oh, well. I'm sure my ego can tent up the originality argument long enough. If I'm involved it must be original, or at the very least, very very weird. ;)
