Lazywebbing Who from Behind the Couch

I'm pondering doing a "Horror on Who" vid for my monthly vid column at Classic-Horror. I'm using as many Doctors as I can. My problem is that there's way too much Classic Who for me to sift through and figure "Oh my, yeah, that's a horror/scary/particularly macabre episode."

So I turn to you folks. What are the really good "behind the couch" stories/moments?

The giant pink snake in the Fifth Doctor serial "Kinda."

It's not scary scary, but it was SUPPOSED to be scary. ;)

It wasn't really scary in and of itself, but the monster in Mind of Evil was about fear--it was a machine-type thing that caused the victim to hallucinate what terrified them the most. Vid-wise, there's a good shot of the Doctor tied to a chair looking terrified while images of fire and Daleks fade in and out. Oh, and Terror of the Autons has a man being enveloped alive by a chair. It's, uh. Kind of disturbing and hilarious at the same time.

Brain of Morbius is the Frankenstein analogue.
Greatest Show in the Galaxy has the creepytastic clown.
Vengeance on Varos has the crazy cannibals and the acid bath.

There's one where the only thing that exists is a clip cut because it was too scary for Australian TV:

Looking at the expression on that guy's face, all you would NEED would be the scary bits.
