I Remember Posting!

We sit on the perch of the last month of 2005 and I've been doing that looking back thing that we humans are so fond of doing. Where I was, where I am, where I'm headed. And then it struck me: this is all very silly.

Which is not a conclusion that is original, copyrighted, omg royalties bitch mine, but it's warming to the heart.

I'm currently co-admining a hugeass RP that is, essentially, the timesuck of all timesucks. Toss in a job where I'm pulling a little-to-quite-a-bit of overtime every week and you get the quantum timesuck.

I have no time for a life. My friends play in my RP. Those that don't, I have difficulty relating to lately, because it's all I do anymore. Which, you know, has to stop, because I'm an interesting person with a multitude of interests, dontchaknow! I like film! And art! And books with large, difficult to pronounce words in them, and very few illustrations!

Essentially, Stella has to get her groove back. Except Stella is a Jetpack Monkey. And she's a he. And white. And nothing like any person in a Terry McMillan novel ever. I gotta find the groovy parts of life and get funky with them again. Less work, more play. Less angst, more fun. Less neck pain, more... well, that requires two, which is another matter altogether.

Oh, yes, and more meandering, rambling posts. They are always a comfort.
