Writing Update

NaNoWriMo (due November 30th, so to speak) -- slowed way the hell down. 37,500 words right now, but I wrote nothing yesterday.

Yuletide fic (due December 19th) -- have picked which fandom request I'm covering. Beyond that, still figuring out the details.

Hetfic Holiday Exchange (due sometime after Yuletide) -- again, know which one I'm doing there, but am lost beyond that.

If I owe any of ya'll fic out there, now is the time to speak up.

If I look at you all shifty eyed and say you owe me fic, will I get it?

[identity profile] jetpack-monkey.livejournal.com 2006-11-13 06:24 pm (UTC)(link)
What are the circumstances that lead to this owed fic, hmmmm?

Dude, are you telling me you don't remember? The llama? Hello! How does someone forget a rampaging llama.

[this should be goooood...]

And how does a llama translate to owed fic?

[identity profile] midnightfae.livejournal.com 2006-11-13 06:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Duh. Llamas are huge Spuffy fans and that Spike/Xander fic you wrote really irked the Llama the wrong way. He was so totally going to rampage you into alpaca pulp before I stepped in.

The deal was that I would sell myself into Llama slavery in the Peruvian mountains for two weeks next summer (the winters are just too cold) in exchange for some nifty awesome Jack Bristow/Number Six crack!fic.

Now, I mean, if you don't remember the llama, I can certainly do without a summer getaway at the Llama commune, but don't be surprised when he comes back with intentions of defending Spike's honor. Seriously. Llamas are dangerous.

*pft* I've seen The Emperor's New Groove. Llamas fold like a house of cards. I have no doubt that I am safe.

Have I mentioned that they spit?

[identity profile] jetpack-monkey.livejournal.com 2006-11-13 08:19 pm (UTC)(link)
...so what were the exact details of this fic I owe the llamas?

[identity profile] midnightfae.livejournal.com 2006-11-13 08:24 pm (UTC)(link)
They were interested in what would happen if Jack Bristow were trapped at the Village and had to team up with Number Six.

Llamas are very strange.

Right then. I'll just whip that right up and put it on my llamas-only lock.

And me, right, what with the Llama slavery and all.
