I just broke 25,000.

On day 5.

I think this whole race with myself concept is really working out.

Dude. You are a MACHINE.

[identity profile] jetpack-monkey.livejournal.com 2006-11-06 04:25 am (UTC)(link)
I take that as a compliment.

[identity profile] timjr.livejournal.com 2006-11-06 04:26 am (UTC)(link)
Which is good, cause it was intended as one :-D

Score 1 for Nate in the "accepting compliments at face value" category.

What the hell are you on this year, man? @_@

I can answer that. He is on white rasberry mocha. It appears to be magic.

Yah -- [livejournal.com profile] midnightfae pretty much nailed it. Mochas and two day-long stints at the local coffeehouse.

*snerk* Hey, whatever works! I'm proud of you! Keep up the freakishly fast-paced work! :D

[identity profile] jetpack-monkey.livejournal.com 2006-11-06 08:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Actually, I'm a little burned out right now. I usually get 20 minutes in before work and 20 minutes during lunch, but I have even cracked open the doc.

[livejournal.com profile] midnightfae has promised to poke me if I try to wiggle my way out of my 2K minimum a night.

*waves pom-poms some more*

And hey, I think I might be able to use your prompt from today with some modifications.

Good god! I ... was caught up (barely) until yesterday, when life conspired against me.

White Raspberry Mochas, eh?

Good job, man!

[identity profile] jetpack-monkey.livejournal.com 2006-11-06 08:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Yup. White Raspberry Mochas, a very very loose mental outline entirely created by foreshadowing that I accidentally wrote, and a dedication to writing as many twists, turns, and weird coincidences as possible.

It's a terrible, terrible novel. But I love it.
