I can't believe nobody's mentioned the season 4
X-Files
episode, "Home." It's both scary AND downright disgusting on a visceral level.
Lots of
Supernatural
episodes have scared me. The pilot was pretty damn scary.
And ditto "Blink" and "The Empty Child."
