Done with Once a Thief
It's over now. I am sad.
Seriously, there's no way they walk away from that explosion unscathed (as they do in the US ending). But I'll take it. They can go off and have adventures together while living together and sharing the same bed and Vic can cook while Mac cracks jokes and Li Ann dispatches the assassins sent their way. With aplomb. Because Li Ann does everything with aplomb.
And occasionally the Director will pop and be like, "I'm manipulating you into doing this thing." And they'll be like, "We're not falling for that." And the Director will say, "Oh, but by not falling for that, you started doing what I actually wanted you to do." And they'll be, "Oh that Director."
Yes. This is the ending that happens in the months after the show closes. In my head.
